Legal stuff
Paid Digital Helpers are rolling monthly packages, so you pay
upfront for each month’s service and, if you choose to cancel
your subscription for any reason, just let us know and we will
stop the charge for the next month. If you choose to cancel
mid-month and you’ve paid in advance for that month’s service,
you continue to have access to the Digital Helper for the rest
of that month.
Alternatively, if you choose to pay for 12 months up front
for a fixed term contract, you are committing to a 12 month
subscription (with the total fee for the 12 months payable in
full, in advance) and may not be refunded any of the fees you
have paid if you want to cancel prior to the end of the fixed
term. Once the 12 month fixed terms has ended, your subscription
will terminate and won’t roll over.
