Wireless networks are great. You can get online, connect printers, stream your music and more. But you don't want nosey neighbours hijacking your connection and slowing things down. We'll sort out the security settings on up to four of your wireless gadgets.

Why do I need it?

• You'll be free to use all your wireless stuff, safely.
• We'll connect up to four different bits of kit.
• We'll set you up so that the security on your kit is enabled.

What we do

• Set up your wireless internet on up to four computers. (You can add more with pay as you go help.)
• Configure your router so that your network is safe and secure. Setup encryption.
• Test your connection and show you how it works. We’ll remind you of any passwords setup and how to change them.
• Get your router software upgrades if necessary to achieve best performance.

What we don't do

• Help with Apple Mac computer or Linux systems.
