Most of the time we can fix your problems over the phone. But if we can't, we've got a team of digital gurus ready to pop in and help you in person. You can arrange a time that suits you, and they'll always arrive fully up to speed with your problem.

How to book a home visit

We can come around any time between 9am and 5pm, any day except Sundays, Mondays and public holidays. We'll let you know whether we'll be coming in the morning or the afternoon, and we'll always call before arriving to tell you roughly what time to expect us.

We can get to just about anywhere in the UK.

How much will it cost?

It’s £90 for us to come out, which covers you for the visit of up to an hour. If we need to stay longer it’s £30 for each half hour after that.

Stuff to keep in mind

• Make sure an adult is around (otherwise we can’t come in)
• You can change the timeof your appointment at any time up to two days before we’re due to visit you. After this, if you cancel or re-arrange your appointment we may not be able to refund you.
