Viruses are a nightmare. If you have caught one, we can remove it for you. If you don't have anti-virus software, we can use ours to destroy all your bad stuff. If you like, we'll even install AVG Internet Security 9.0 on your computer and make sure it’s secure before we leave (AVG is sold as a separate package).
Why do I need it?

What we do
- Perform a comprehensive software and manual based scan and fix virus, malware, and trojan issues.
- Dig out viruses from critical parts of your computer and not just the ones detected by automated virus removal software.
- Update your antivirus/malware software to get latest patches.
- Set up basic safety and security settings in your computer to protect against common threats.
What we don't do
- Fix BIOS and boot level viruses that prevent your PC from booting up, without organising a home visit.
- Clean up Apple Mac computer or Linux systems.
