What we can do, and what we can't

We're here to make your digital stuff work, and work better. We can help you set up new kit, teach you nifty techie tricks or solve glitches. We don't usually fix stuff that's physically broken because it's often covered by warranty, so only the manufacturer has the right replacement parts and tools.

But if we can, we will.

Home help

If we can't fix your problems over the net, we'll send a member of our team around. We can get to all UK addresses, except those with postcodes starting PO,KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, KA, BT, IM, GY, JE, HS, TR or LL.

Stuff we can help with

These are the gizmos which tend to break down most often.

Gadgets – Laptops, PCs, netbooks, monitors, printers, wireless networks, smartphones, digital storage, games consoles, music players, digital cameras and digital camcorders .

Computer software – Any Microsoft products, like Windows® XP, Windows® Vista and Windows® 7 operating system.

Smartphone software – Windows Mobile, Google Android, RIM (for BlackBerry®) and Symbian.

Stuff we can’t help with (for now)

Once we're sure we've got all the necessary know-how on a gadget, we'll add it to our repertoire. For now, we're still working on these.

Gadgets – Digital TVs, HDTV, set top boxes, home theatre systems, photo printers, CCTV and projectors.

Computer software – Apple computers or Linux.

Smartphone software – Any Sony Ericsson, own-brand or non-branded packages.
